El Sendero de la Templanza (Júpiter –> Urano)
Para recorrer este sendero, comienza en la luminaria Júpiter en la calle Montes de Oca. Camina hacia la Rambla y luego continúa por esta, girando a la izquierda. Sigue hasta casi llegar a la calle Ramos Mejía, donde encontrarás la luminaria Urano.
Meditación en movimiento:
- Durante el trayecto, visualiza estaño líquido subiendo lentamente desde la tierra, recorriendo cada parte de tu cuerpo hasta envolverte y llenar la mitad inferior de tu cuerpo y la mitad de tu corazón.
- Desde arriba, imagina que caen partículas de polvo de esmeralda, llenando la mitad superior de tu cuerpo hasta completar la mitad superior de tu corazón.
- Al encontrarse en el centro, estas dos energías se fusionan y se transforman en una esfera de polvo de estrellas de un blanco azulado, creando un aura protectora y luminosa a tu alrededor.
El Sendero de la virtud del Impulso (Venus –> Júpiter)
Para navegar este sendero, comienza en la luminaria Venus. Camina por la calle Montes de Oca en descenso hasta llegar a la intersección con la calle Soca, donde encontrarás la luminaria Júpiter.
Meditación en movimiento:
- Durante el trayecto, visualiza cobre líquido subiendo lentamente desde la tierra, recorriendo cada parte de tu cuerpo hasta envolverte y llenar la mitad inferior de tu corazón.
- Desde arriba, imagina que cae polvillo de estaño, desciende desde lo alto, desde lo divino, buscando integrarse contigo hasta completar la mitad superior de tu corazón.
- Al encontrarse en el centro, estas dos energías se fusionan y se transforman en una esfera de polvo de estrellas de un blanco azulado, creando un aura protectora y luminosa a tu alrededor.

The pathwork of Temperance (Jupiter –> Uranus):
To walk this pathwork, begin at the Jupiter light on Montes de Oca Street. Walk towards the Rambla and turn left, continuing until you almost reach Ramos Mejía Street, where you will find the Uranus light.
Moving Meditation:
- Along the way, visualize liquid tin slowly rising from the earth through your body, filling the lower half of your heart. Imagine emerald dust falling from above to fill the upper half. These energies merge into a blue-white stardust sphere.
- From above, imagine emerald dust particles falling, filling the upper half of your body until they reach the upper half of your heart.
- When they meet at the center, these two energies merge and transform into a bluish-white sphere of stardust, creating a protective, luminous aura around you.
The pathwork of the virtue of Impulse (Venus –> Jupiter):
Start at the Venus light and walk down Montes de Oca Street to the intersection with Soca Street, where the Jupiter light is located.
Moving Meditation:
- Along the way visualize liquid copper rising from the earth into the lower half of your heart, while tin powder descends from the divine to complete the upper half.
- Imagine tin dust falling from above, descending from the heavens, from the divine, seeking to merge with you until it fills the upper half of your heart.
- When they meet at the center, these two energies merge and transform into a bluish-white sphere of stardust, creating a protective, luminous aura around you.
